The new Shondaland Netflix show is based on the true story of Anna Sorokin, posing as Anna Delvey, an extremely rich German heiress. She manages to fib her way through the high-class scene of New York by convincing countless people of her wealth. Looking the part is a big part of Anna's strategy, wearing many over-the-top luxury outfits. Convincing high society members of her wealth, Anna manages to dress her way into swindling millions of dollars from high-end investors, luxury art vendors, and many more high-class people.
